Your information is yours. Here is what I collect, what I use it for, and how to ask me to delete it.

1. Who I am

Beyond Bod Fitness is an online coaching business owned and run by Ari Novoa. Coaching itself is delivered on the NOWFit platform. For anything to do with your privacy, write to me at [email protected].

2. What I collect

Only what you type into the application form:

Your first and last name
Your email address
Your phone number
Your Instagram handle, if you choose to add it
Your six quiz answers: your main goal, where you are serving, whether you have a test or weigh-in coming, how many days you can train, what is holding you back, and how much you are looking to lose

I do not collect payment details on this site. I do not ask for or store medical records. The site does not run advertising trackers.

3. What I use it for

To contact you about your application
To understand your starting point before we speak
To send you information about coaching with me

I read every application myself and I do my own calls. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with advertisers.

4. Texts and emails

When you tick the consent box, you are agreeing to let me contact you by text and by email about coaching. You can stop at any time. Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.

5. Who I share it with

I use a few third party tools to run the business. Your information may pass through:

Cloudflare, which hosts this site
My contact management system, where your application is recorded
The NOWFit platform, where your program lives if you decide to start

Each of these handles your information under its own privacy policy, and only to provide the service to me.

6. How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as we have a relationship, or until you ask me to delete it. If we never end up working together, I remove it once it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

At any time you can ask me to:

Show you what information I hold about you
Correct anything that is wrong
Delete it completely
Stop messaging you

8. Security

This site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and the form is submitted over a secure channel. No system is perfect, but I treat your information carefully and only share it with the tools needed to look after you.

9. Under eighteen

This service is for adults aged 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has sent me their details, write to me and I will delete them.

10. Changes

If I update this policy I will change the date at the top. If the change is significant, I will say so.
